What technical support can you provide?
We provide various technical training free of charge,including the operation and maintenance training of LED display in the factory. We can send a team of engineers to the customer's country to guide the installation.
How long is the warranty period?
2-year warranty. Structure design, installation problem, system problem, how to use the screen…don’t worry, we have professional after-sale team to solve your any questions after you placed an order. And your exclusive sales engineer will also help you get over any problems.
Do you provide free spare parts in every order?
Yes,a certain number of spare parts will be provided free of charge,including modules,power lines,signal lines,LED lights,IC,masks,power supplies,receiving cards,etc.

Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
What is synchronous system? what is asynchronous system?
Synchronous and asynchronous is relative to the computer said, the so-called synchronous system, refers to the contents of the display and the computer monitor synchronous display LED display control system;
Asynchronous system means that the computer edited the display data stored in advance in the display control system, the computer shutdown will not affect the normal display of the LED display, such a control system is asynchronous control system!
